Chef Melissa Perello of San Francisco has decided to take her skills to Miami and is naming her restaurant, “Georgina,” after her paternal grandmother.

Perello wants to stay true to her farm-to-table style and impressive wine pairings. Her style in restaurants is elevated food in a casual neighborhood setting. Our goal was to take that mindset, add some Miami glamour and ensure Georgina is a success.
